Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel & Exchange -

Therefore, the booked ticket may or may not be refunded. In some cases, if the airline allows cancellation, refunds will be given for future ticket purchases by the same passengers on the same airline. Airline credits usually have an expiration date and can no longer be used. We recommend that you consult your customer service representative regarding possible credit restrictions.

We do not guarantee that your reservation will be cancelled. If you are booking a new flight and want to use your airline credits, you will have to pay the fare difference (if any), the airline penalty, and the additional booking fee imposed by the airline or service provider. All such adjustments are subject to the fare rules, regulations and procedures of each airline, as these are beyond our control.

Cancel & Refund -

Most of restricted fare aircraft tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours. If travel has not yet begun and you have contacted our customer care center to cancel, cancellations may be possible and you are eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  1.  If the airline's fare policy allows for cancellation and refund.
  2. Most "No-Show" appointments are ineligible for any waiver from suppliers. If you are not a "No-Show. We will try to obtain waivers from suppliers in order to execute cancellation and refund requests.

All refunds are subject to airline approval and flight priorities, so we do not know how long it will take to process this request. When you submit a cancellation / refund request, you will receive a notification email with the request number in the email ID provided or registered. Please note that the request submission notification is for informational purposes only. This is at the discretion of the airline and does not guarantee the processing of refunds or cancellations. We work with providers such as airlines, hotels and car rental companies to provide refunds. In some cases, we may need to make an exemption request to the airline or other supplier. When we receive confirmation from the supplier, you will be notified of the supplier's decision.

Airlines and service providers typically charge taxes when requesting a refund. The entire process can take 60-90 days from submitting a request. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by airlines and other suppliers, Travholis may charge for post-ticketing services.
